How changing business answer tools?

In most of current studies we use the term "emotional computing". Actually, it would be more appropriated to refer on studies about emotional states which include feelings, attitudes, humors, etc. and we are still working on the differentiation hierarchy to organize them. The LIMSI laboratory has developed a technology allowing to recognize the feelings during the progress of calls (appeals). We can extract information on the emotional state of the agent and the customer (negative states: anger, stress, anxiety, sadness and positive states: satisfaction, relief, amusement). This technology is, at present time, a search tool which can be adapted to new data within the project framework . A real-time version is also being looked into, more closely. A first bolt to be raised is the implementation of a linguistic and paralinguistic hybrid model for feeling detection on real data (given by call center), in order to work on structures and patterns. Number of feelings, feelings complexity (for example: a mixture of dissatisfaction and amusement?
